What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?

Contact our Customer Services Department as soon as possible to report your lost or stolen card.

from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (GMT – 4)

Before calling, please have the following information at hand:

  • Exact name of cardholder as it appears on the card
  • Type of Product
  • Telephone number abroad where the customer can be reached ( Cell or Hotel number)
  • Card number or account number (if available)
  • Home address (billing address)
